I changed mine.  It could be your avatar size (in kb).  It's supposed to tell you that, rather than give some vague message though. And if you tried old ones, that shouldn't be the problem.

I'm taking some stuff out of the domain disk space too, I think we're over our limit, and when people try to upload to the gallery it gives a vague message like that too.

Still nothing. I even tried a couple I used when I first joined. Maybe it's photobucket?

That finally worked, but I hope I don't have to do that everytime I want to change it now. Maybe it'll fix itself after a week.

I only ever upload ones I already downloaded. If you're trying to transload, it might be them you're transloading from, not us.

Maybe it's having trouble connecting to Photobucket (I really don't know much about computers)?  You could try uploading one to Imageshack or a similar host, and see if it works.

Photobucket for some reason has a hard time transloading pics. It's happened to me before.

I've tried to create a new thread in the Arts forum but every time I click on 'forum tools' I get moved to the bottom of the webpage instead of a menu list. I've tried all three skins in Chrome and IE but no luck. Is there an alternative way to create a new thread?

The easiest and fastest way is to click the button "New thread" above the different threads. That works for me every time.
