What I've had in mind is maybe 50% done; I'll be optimistic and claim I'll get something up for those of us coming into the building from the "ground" level before Monday.

Maybe this claim will give the muse the kick in the a– the motivation she needs to finish it.

I wanted to write my post today.

But I was so smart that I cut off the tip of my left forefinger with a garden clippers as I tried to crop the lavender on my balcony. It's not as dramatic as it sounds, but I bleeded like crazy, so I went to the emergency.

And how I have a huge bandage around my finger, that makes it difficult to type with my left hand. The doc said that tomorrow I can take it off and change to some band-aid.

So hopefully I'll be able to type faster soon again.

Hey! We have matching injuries. :p  Mine has mostly healed over and rather nicely other than the area right behind the nail which is super sensitive to every damn thing and will be until the dermis and epidermis fully recover it.

My pointy finger of doom as my Lpeutenant calls it is slightly pointier, yet no more effective. :p
