I saw the movie last Wednesday and thought it was very entertaining. An interesting end of the saga, but is it really the end? It's the third time now that it's said that it's the last big Star Wars movie at the theater. ;)

I would have liked to see more of the new introduced characters and places, but then the moview would have been 6 hours long :D

I thought the first 40 minutes was extremely clunky writing.

The last 40 minutes was the most Star Warsy thing I’ve ever seen.

Loved it! :D  The beginning was definitely frenetic and I'm hoping in the future there will be a longer director's cut released that will slow things down and explore some of the characters a bit more, but yeah I absolutely felt twelve again and that's how I know it was good. :D  Kuddos to my youngest who was invited to the world premiere for not spoiling a single moment. There are going to be more movies in the future and allll the things coming to Disney+ (I freaking LOVE the Mandalorian!!) .  Star Wars will be with us. Always.

I liked this one better than the second one. But that whole part that I can't spoil… seemed shoehorned in, based on that character's previous actions in the first two. I'm sure the actor woke up read that page and said, WTF? But I killed a million people yesterday! It's like there were three different writers for the three episodes, each one not knowing what had happened or where they were going … which is exactly what it was.

For the life of me, I don't think I'll ever understand the screenwriter who has a character do a flying flip through the air, or launch themselves from point A to point B in a single bound, yet in a scene after or before, make that same character have to scale up a rickety piece of wreckage and loose their footing and nearly fall while doing so.
