Having a handle on something doesn't mean one is in control, but rather has an understanding of it.Besides, when one believes they have control; it is the time when they are going to lose control.
Control is a tangible concept when it comes to the masses.
Control of a remote drone…or say a monitor..sure, yes. But control of an individual, unaltered, is quite another matter. I've learned this early enough to avoid catastrophes, my friend.
I'll be putting in my request to head for Bakura, to see what I can learn from some of the confirmed Intel I have intercepted from HC… concerning an NRI operative and-
