I can help with that.  What kind of appearance did you have in mind?  We use anything from actors and singers to comic books, anime, and computer animated characters.

I've even gotten good at adding lightsabers to pics, but those are more for sigs and posts, not avatars (because the size is too small).

Looking at your bio, one thing stuck out: the scarf covering your character's face.  
Chamber from X-Men, aged 18 (close to your character's listed age of 20) is a character with many such pics.

It is an old Kung-Fu movie called "The Seven Drunken Masters of Shaolin." The head Master was an old guy with his eyes sewn or gouged shut. Anyway, he had the moves!

But if you dig the old evil wizard from LOTR, I am sure me or Sam can conjure up an avatar for you, if you provide us with a pic.
